The Shaw Construction team are hard at work for the Ellison family, at their home in Roseville. A restoration and extension of a second generation family home originally built in the late 1920's.
In addition to the restoration of the original home, design and construction encompasses an expansive kitchen, dining, living, new double garages and additional informal living areas, whilst maintaining the integrity and attributes of the heritage era.
Central to the main hallway are the five adjacent bedrooms featuring 10 Foot ceilings , Maple windows, doors, architraves and skirtings. Fully restored bathrooms remain true to era of the home, featuring black mosaic floor tiles and Art Deco pendant lighting.
